Returns from within Germany
In case the value of your return is greater than 40€, return shipping from within Germany is free.
You should receive a DHL return label inside your shipment marked “Produktionsbasierte Abrechnung”.
You can stick this free return label onto the parcel and hand it in at any DHL service point in Germany. Should the return label be missing from your shipment please click on the following link to be redirected to the DHL website where you will find the option to have a return label emailed to you.
Note: Some versions of the Firefox internet browser cause compatibility issues with the DHL site. We would kindly ask you to try another browser should this happen (eg. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge).Return label for Germany
Should the value of your return be below 40€, you would have to cover the return costs.
Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels that are sent to us freight forward/not prepaid in any case. Please make sure that the goods you return are well packaged and in good state.
Returns from outside of Germany
For returns from outside of Germany we can unfortunately not cover return costs. You would have to
pay for return shipping yourself.
Should you have received faulty goods or should you have received the wrong item(s), we will of
course cover return costs for you. Please contact us directly on how to proceed with your return.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Items purchased from Stores
All items purchased from one of our stores need to be returned in the store where they were purchased.
A complaint is only possible with receipt. In which store you bought your article, you can find it on the receipt in the upper left corner.
